The second step in transformation is learning how to somatically digest or alchemize sensation. Fundamentally, the worst thing that can happen to us, is that we think a thought and experience a sensation in our body. So what if, instead of building elaborate stories and escape mechanisms to prevent ourselves from feeling sensation, we instead just learned how to BE with and alchemize any painful sensation into pleasure? What life would you be able to create for yourself from this position of power?
